We once were, but now lost.
Our flags we have fed to the soil,
Our dignity we sold at no cost.
In our armpits, we planted a boil.
We are lost! We betrayed Freedom
Our lasses, at war with their clothes
And Our sons, at war with wisdom
Elders on maggots put sugar coats.
If we shall move, we move forward
We must remember our roots
To be ashamed of it,makes a coward.
To a fellow man's fault, never keep mute.
The only way to find ourselves,
Is to help ourselves.
Our flags we have fed to the soil,
Our dignity we sold at no cost.
In our armpits, we planted a boil.
We are lost! We betrayed Freedom
Our lasses, at war with their clothes
And Our sons, at war with wisdom
Elders on maggots put sugar coats.
If we shall move, we move forward
We must remember our roots
To be ashamed of it,makes a coward.
To a fellow man's fault, never keep mute.
The only way to find ourselves,
Is to help ourselves.
